Free tracked shipping. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days in transit after dispatch. We select DHL, FedEx or UPS according to the destination. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Customs, holidays and remote areas may cause delays.

All machines include a one-year quality warranty. If you experience an issue, please contact us and send a short video showing the problem so our support team can identify it. If a replacement part is required under warranty, we will send the part and provide a step-by-step installation video. Customers are responsible for installing replacement parts with our guidance.
